Deliveries
You can choose between 2 delivery methods:
1) Home delivery
A delivery made by PostNL home deliveries will be made to your home address. Should you not be home the first time a delivery is attempted, the postal carrier will leave a notice containing a ‘not home code’. By using this code, you can go to www.postnl.nl/ontvangen and set up an appointment yourself for the next delivery attempt. You can also indicate that you would like your package delivered to a neighbour or to a PostNL service point. If you opt for a service point, your order will be kept for you there for up to 3 weeks.
2) Service point delivery
You could also have your order sent to one of the PostNL service points. You can indicate the service point to which you want your order delivered during the ordering procedure. At that time, you will be presented with a screen showing the service point closest to you along with the hours it is open. Once your order has been delivered, it will be kept for you there for 3 weeks. Please note, however, that by having your delivery made to a PostNL service point, you will not receive a notice once your order has been delivered there. Instead, you will be informed of this by means of an e-mail with Track & Trace information.
When will my order be delivered?
The chart below tells you when your package will be delivered. You can always follow the progress of your package by means of the Track & Trace e-mail you receive. Despite our commitment to meeting these delivery times, it sometimes happens (during sales periods or other major promotional activities) that an order will be made a day later.

How can I exchange and return?
Returning normal deliveries
When an item doesn’t fit or if you are dissatisfied, you can easily return all unworn items for free. You can do this by filling in the provided return label and sending it back, together with the items within 14 days. After the items and the return label are received by us the amount for the items will automatically refunded. This can take up to maximum 30 days but is usually done within 1 week.
Returning by post can be done by handing in the package at the post office. Don’t forget to add the return label and placing the sticker on the package. Safe the proof of send you will get until the whole process of returns and refunds has been ended.
Returning by PostNL service point can be done by handing over the package at the service point and mentioning it is a return for WE Fashion. Don’t forget to add the return label and placing the sticker on the package.

Note: the delivered goods may only be used for inspection - as customary when trying them on in a shop - and must be returned with the original tag. We retain the right to demand compensation if the item loses value due to use. Your return will automatically be processed, you will not get a notice from this.
